Cape Canaveral, AP. The US space agency NASA is preparing to send astronauts to the moon in 2024. It is now reported that NASA has selected 18 astronauts for the moon mission. It is being told that half of all these passengers will be women, who will train all the passengers for the Artemis moon-landing program. Preparations are being made to carry the first woman to the lunar surface under the Artemis mission. The first female and male on the Moon will be under the Elite Group. US Vice President Mise Pence told the National Space Council meeting that all these astronauts will be introduced soon.

With this, it has been said by the NASA administration that more astronauts will be included under this mission. At present, there are 47 astronauts active in NASA. The space agency aims to reach the moon by the year 2024, although the chances of reaching the moon are steadily increasing. The statement released said that half of NASA astronauts experience spaceflight.
