Lahore: Despite the insistence of the Government of Pakistan, the Lahore rally has not been able to stop the opposition. In the second phase of the protest, the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDAM), a coalition of 11 opposition parties, has now started preparations for the next rally in Larkana.
The opposition parties will then surround the capital Islamabad in late January. The opposition coalition rallied at the Minar-e-Pakistan ground in Lahore, despite the government’s efforts in Pakistan. Even after the government’s ban on the rally, thousands of people gathered. Now the opposition has started carrying out their next preparations to surround the government.
