Beijing An agreement has been signed between China and Iran for 25 years of economic cooperation. India (India) should be concerned with this agreement for a number of reasons and should also reconsider its policies towards the countries of the region. China’s $ 400 billion agreement with Iran, signed on March 24 in Tehran, will prove to be the foundation for the expansion of friendly relations between the two totalitarian countries. According to experts, after this agreement, India needs to revisit its policies towards Iran. Know what is this agreement and why India’s concerns are going to increase after this.

The agreement reached on 24 March has been named ‘Strategic Co-operation Pack’. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Wai had visited Iran on a 6-day visit the previous day. During this time, Wang Wai signed the deal with his Iranian counterpart. On behalf of Iran’s Foreign Ministry, it has been told that all the elements related to ‘politics, strategy and economy’ are present in this deal. This agreement will help in preparing a blueprint of the necessary investments in the fields of transport, ports, energy, industry and services.

India needs to be more troubled by this deal because Iran has never opposed China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). He has always wished to join it. Not only this, a proposal has already been made by Iran’s authorities to link Pakistan’s Gwadar with Chabahar. India always views Chabahar as a port from where it can reduce the impact of Gwadar port. India has always opposed BRI.

so far at least 18 billion countries have become a part of China’s BRI project. China imports more than half the crude oil from Iran. In addition, China is the largest trading partner for 11 countries in the region. After the agreement with Iran, no one will stop China from becoming stronger in West Asia. Iran is the country where the Strategically Strat of Hormuz is located. China has entered the region as a major player with the deal. From here, China will not only establish its own place in Central Asia, but it will also be able to dominate the Eurasia region.
