Others gathered in Panjshir province, the only province out of 34 Afghanistan’s provinces that the Taliban have not been able to capture.

Amrullah Saleh, the Vice President of Afghanistan, wrote on Twitter that Taliban fighters had gathered around the province. Mujahid said the Taliban plan to talk to the people of Panjshir. He said, ‘So far there is no fighting there. We want to find a peaceful solution for Panjshir.
