Washington, PTI. It has been mentioned in a US report that India is among the few countries in the world that are developing hypersonic weapons.
This report has come at a time when there have been recent reports that China has tested a hypersonic missile equipped with nuclear capability.
It states that this missile circled the entire earth before hitting the target. This missile demonstrated every modern space capability and American intelligence agencies were also surprised.
A new report from the Congressional Research Service of America has come this week. According to this, only the US, Russia and China are moving forward on the advanced hypersonic missile program, but many countries including Australia, India, France, Germany and Japan are also developing hypersonic weapon technology.
The report said that while Australia has joined hands with the US, India is moving ahead on this technology with Russia.
