Islamabad, ANI. Prime Minister Imran Khan has succumbed to banned radical Islamist groups. Banned radical Islamist group Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) had warned that its activists would move towards Islamabad by Tuesday evening.
This is the reason that under pressure from the banned radical Islamist group, the Pakistan government on Sunday released more than 350 activists of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP). Not only this, the TLP announced that the cases against the rest of the activists would also be withdrawn by Wednesday.
Pakistan’s Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed tweeted and said- We have released 350 TLP workers so far. We await the implementation of the decision taken in the talks with TLP. According to this, it was agreed to open the road on both sides of Muridke.
Pakistani newspaper Dawn has said in its report that the Imran Khan government of Pakistan is also working on a plan to release jailed TLP chief Saad Rizvi. TLP protesters are demanding the release of Saad Rizvi.
The TLP warned on Sunday that if Hafiz Saad Hussain Rizvi was not released, its activists would stage a sit-in at Muridke near Lahore city… then march towards Islamabad by Tuesday evening. In a statement issued on Sunday by the leadership council of the banned group, it was said that the government has gone back on its promise thrice.
Recently, the orgy of Lahore TLP miscreants came to the fore in which three policemen were killed. Not only this, the government had to stop internet services.
Not only this, due to these demonstrations, Imran Khan’s government had come under so much pressure that it had to recall Home Minister Sheikh Rashid before the T20 Cricket World Cup to be held in UAE on Sunday. It has been announced by TLP that none of its workers will go home until the entire leadership of TLP including Saad Hussain Rizvi is released.
It was said in the statement that if any member of the council says that go home without Saad Rizvi, then you can shoot that leader without any hesitation.
