According to the AP report, on December 11, SpaceX wrote a letter to the local authorities. They said that steps should be taken to make this site a city. The company said that the people living in Starbase have filed this petition. In a letter to the officials, Starbase General Manager Katherine Lueders wrote, Starship will have to increase the workforce required for rapid development and construction and for this we have to develop Starbase as a community.
