Mohammed bin Salman wanted to get King Abdullah killed, reveals former intelligence officer

Saudi Arabia’s former intelligence officer has made very serious allegations against Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

Saad al-Jabri told in an interview to the American channel CBS News that Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) wanted to assassinate the then King Abdullah in order to achieve the throne.

Al-Jabri has played an important role in counter-terrorist operations in the US and Saudi Arabia. He is currently living a life of exile in Canada. Al Jabri was a special visitor of Saudi Arabia’s former Crown Prince and Interior Minister Prince Mohammed bin Nayef. Nayef is considered a rival of Mohammed bin Salman.

King is the father of MBS. On
CBS News’ 60 Minutes program, Jabri said he was aware of a video in which MBS is talking about the assassination of King Abdullah in 2014. Prince Salman was not a part of the Saudi government at the time. Let us tell you that King Abdullah passed away in 2015. After which the father of MBS, King Salman bin Abdulaziz took the throne.

The poisoned ring bought by the Crown Prince from Russia
Al-Jabri said in an interview that the Crown Prince could get him assassinated. MBS won’t sit quiet until they get me killed. Al-Jabri said the crown prince had a poisonous ring. He bought it from Russia. Through this a plan was made to kill King Abdullah by joining hands.

Appeals to the US Court of Appeal In
2020, Al Jabri filed a petition in a US court in Washington. In the petition, he had alleged that MBS wanted to get him murdered. Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi was murdered a week after Jabri filed the petition.

Al-Jabri said In the interview, Al-Jabri said that MBS has a team. He named it Tiger Squad. This team works to kidnap and kill people.

Saudi denies allegations The
Saudi government responded to the CBS channel on Al-Jabri’s allegations. He said Jabri was accused of committing economic crimes in Saudi. There is no credibility to his allegations.
