Scared of the rapid pace of corona virus in Pakistan, Prime Minister Imran Khan has announced a smart lockdown in many areas of the country.

Islamabad Afraid of the rapid pace of Corona virus in Pakistan, Prime Minister Imran Khan has introduced the first dose of Corona vaccine. Imran Khan, 67, has taken a vaccine dose amid the ongoing vaccination campaign in the country. Earlier, he had announced a smart lockdown in many areas of the country. Due to the dose of vaccine received from China in bailout, the Imran government is not able to run its vaccination program as well. Actually, most of the doses of vaccine received in three installments from China have been given to people sitting in government, army, businessmen and political parties. Due to which the common people have been able to get the vaccine in limited quantities.

This is the reason why the speed of corona virus in Pakistan is still increasing rapidly. Due to the negligence of the Imran government, there is a lack of awareness among the people about the infection of corona virus. People are gathering in large numbers in markets and mosques every day. During this time, the rules of social distancing and masks are being dismantled.

Punjab Province Health Minister Yasmin Rashid said that lockdown has been imposed in Gujarat, Sialkot and Hafizabad. He told that the lockdown will continue till 30 March in Gujarat, 24 March in Sialkot and 26 March in Hafizabad. All markets, shopping malls, offices and restaurants will remain closed in areas with smart lockdown but vegetable shops, hospitals, drug shops, bakeries, meat and milk shops have been allowed to open.
