Washington: Donald Trump, who made fun of former US President Joe Biden’s age and habit of falling, has himself been caught in the same situation. Joe Biden has stumbled several times while boarding Air Force One.
Now Donald Trump also stumbled while boarding Air Force One and once again became a topic of discussion on social media. This incident happened after talking to reporters in Hagerstown, Maryland, when Trump was leaving for Camp David near Washington DC. Then while climbing the stairs of Air Force One, he lost his balance and stumbled.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio also stumbled while boarding the plane immediately after Trump. After which people linked this entire incident to Joe Biden. The interesting thing is that Trump and his supporters have often made fun of Biden’s such moments. But this time Trump himself became the target of social media. A user wrote on Twitter, ‘I wonder why Trump has not yet replaced the stairs of Air Force One with escalators.’ Another comment came, ‘Now it is time to fit a wheelchair for old Trump.’

Trump used to take a dig at Biden
Journalist Aaron Rupar quipped, ‘When Biden fell, Fox News made it as big as the moon landing.’ Political strategist Marco Frieri said, ‘Now we have to see how many books and 24×7 coverage there is on this.’ In the summer of 2023, Trump said Biden’s fall at the Air Force graduation ceremony in Colorado was ‘not inspiring’ for the students. He also added, ‘Hopefully he is not injured, you don’t want that to happen.’ Trump also recalled how Biden cautiously slid down the ramp during the West Point graduation in 2020. According to Trump, that ramp was like an ‘ice skating rink’.
