Judge Samuel Alito and Judge Clarence Thomas said they had allowed Texas to prosecute but the four states were not prevented from finalizing their election results.
When there was no immediate response from the White House on this issue, a Biden spokesman said that it is no surprise that the High Court rejected Trump’s baseless efforts.
Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro, a Democrat, said in a tweet that the Supreme Court of our country looked through the case to see how the electoral process was tried as a seditious misuse.
