Officers caught a blood-soaked shirtless man running outside the store in handcuffs.

FBI is helping in the investigation.
After the shooting incident, the FBI said that it is helping in the investigation at the request of the Boulder Police. White House press secretary Jane Psy tweeted that President Joe Biden was informed of the shootout. SWAT teams arrived on the spot soon after the incident and at least three helicopters arrived. According to the news agency AP, eyewitness Dean Schiller told that he heard the sound of gunfire.

In the video posted on YouTube, another two men appeared on the floor inside the King Store. Two gunshots were heard at the beginning of the video.
