Donald Trump Vs Kamala Harris: The US presidential election is to be held in November. After the counting of votes, the names of the new President and Vice President will be announced on January 20. Currently, the candidates are busy with their campaigning. At the same time, polls are also coming out about the election of agencies.

Donald Trump seems to be gaining an edge over his rival Kamala Harris in the US presidential election. According to a new poll released this week, Kamala Harris is lagging behind Donald Trump. These polls have come at a time when less than a month is left for the US presidential election. In three surveys released on Sunday, Harris’s lead over Trump has either reduced or has completely vanished.

According to CNN’s report, the Democratic and Republican candidates are tied at 48 percent nationally in the NBC News poll. This is a setback for Harris because in the same poll last month, she had a five-point lead over Trump. In the ABC News/Ipsos poll, Harris is at 50 percent and Trump at 48 percent. In this survey last month, Harris was at 52 percent and Trump was at 46 percent.

Harris’s lead narrows rapidly

The new CBS News/YouGov poll shows Harris leading the Democratic Party 51 percent to 48 percent, up from a four-point advantage she held last month. This concern among Democratic party supporters is also compounded by Harris’ failure to increase support among Hispanics and African Americans, two key constituencies for the party.

Kamala Harris is ahead of Trump among women of all races, but she has struggled to increase support among African Americans and Hispanic men. The New York Times/Siena College poll shows Harris getting support from 78 percent of black voters and 56 percent of Hispanic voters, significantly lower than the votes Democratic candidates received in this category in the 2020 and 2016 elections.

Obama also looks worried

Former President and Democratic leader Barack Obama also expressed concern on Thursday about the lack of enthusiasm among black people for Harris’ candidacy. Addressing blacks at a campaign event in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Obama said, “You’re coming up with all kinds of reasons and excuses, I have a problem with that.”

Harris and Trump have intensified their campaign. On Sunday, Harris held events in North Carolina and Trump in Arizona. Harris is constantly targeting Trump in her campaign, while Trump is also making many promises. Trump has made many big promises to the voters during the election campaign.
