US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has praised Pakistan on the pretext of congratulating General Asim Munir on his appointment as the Army Chief of Pakistan. US Defense Minister has described Pakistan as his old defense partner.
He said that there is an old defense partnership between the two countries. Giving information about the phone conversation between Austin and General Munir, the Pentagon said that the US Defense Secretary congratulated General Munir on his appointment as the Chief of Army Staff and discussed topics of mutual interest and recent regional developments.
Austin said, “I had the opportunity to congratulate the newly appointed Pakistan Army Chief General Asim Munir. He tweeted that the US and Pakistan have a longstanding defense partnership and I look forward to working with General Munir.
America helps Pakistan in various forms
America rewards Pakistan for espionage every time. Pakistan also spies for America from India to its friendship China and Afghanistan. For this America keeps on giving him the gift of money. Earlier, America had given 45 lakh crore rupees to Pakistan in the name of maintenance of F-16. Then India had also lodged its objection in front of America.
