US President Donald Trump is trying to stop the war between Russia and Ukraine that has been going on for more than three years. What did Donald Trump say?

Donald Trump recently wrote on his social media account, “I inherited a war that should never have happened. A war that cost everyone. Millions of people were needlessly killed. The Ukrainian leadership has shown no gratitude for our efforts. Europe continues to buy oil from Russia. May the souls of all those who died in this war rest in peace.”

Ukraine has never wanted war – Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said: “Everyone is supporting Ukraine, advising, providing information – and I am grateful to everyone who is providing this help. It is important to ensure that the steps to end the war are effective and that everything possible is done. Ukraine has never wanted war and we will never be an obstacle to peace. It is important not to forget the main goal – to stop Russia’s war and prevent it from flaring up again. And to achieve this, peace must be dignified.”

We are grateful to America – Zelensky
