Washington. America has recently donated 80 vials of Anti-Covid-19 Vaccine to a Caribbean country as a diplomacy. Not only did America donate, but the posts related to it were also officially tweeted on social media. Now people are making fun of it. Actually, China and America are engaged in creating their image in different parts of the world through vaccine diplomacy. On the one hand, while China has to wash itself the stains of the blame on Corona, on the other hand, America is resorting to this diplomacy to make its impact on the poor countries.

In the midst of all this, China made a lot of fun of America’s donation. In fact, the US sent only 80 vials of the anti-corona vaccine to the Caribbean nation of Trinidad and Tobago. China and its government media agencies made fun of such a small amount. Chen Weihua, who is associated with China’s state media, said that this is as much as a nursing home gets donated.

America has made a donation plan

Let us tell you that recently US President Joe Biden announced a plan to allocate an additional 75 percent of the doses of Kovid-19 vaccine in the country to the United Nations-supported ‘Kovax’ initiative. Under this, about 19 million doses will be allocated for South and Southeast Asia as well as Africa as the first installment of an additional 25 million doses.

Biden had said, “At least 75 percent of the doses – about 19 million doses – will be shared through the ‘Covax’ initiative.” In this, six million doses will be given to Latin America and the Caribbean region, 7 million to South and South-East Asia and about five million doses to Africa. Biden said, ‘The remaining six million doses will be given directly to those countries where cases of infection have increased, which are in crisis. In this, America will give vaccines to its partners and neighbors including Canada, Mexico, India and the Republic of Korea.
