American company Avady launches a new internal combustion engine that doubles the fuel efficiency compared to conventional engines.

In a revolutionary step towards the future More efficient and sustainable, American engineering company Avadi has announced the development of an all-new internal combustion engine that promises to be a game-changer in the automotive and motorcycle industries.

Unprecedented efficiency and outstanding performance of the new AVADI engine
According to a report published by German News Agency, The new engine, called the Avadi MA 250, achieves an efficiency of up to 42 percent, making it equivalent to the best diesel engines currently available, despite running on gasoline.

The first prototype of the new engine, “Avadi”, has a capacity of 250 cc, a torque of 30 Newton at 3500 rpm, and a power of 15 horsepower at 3700 rpm.

The Avadi MA250 engine promises to revolutionize fuel efficiency

Although these numbers may seem low compared to current engines in the same class, the fuel consumption of the Avadi MA 250 engine is much lower, while producing the same power.

The motor is lightweight at just 11kg, making it ideal for use in scooters, delivery vehicles, or even as an alternative to extending the range of electric cars.

Innovative technologies to reduce friction

The new engine relies on three main technologies to reduce fuel consumption: reducing piston friction in the cylinder, eliminating the traditional valve train, with pumps and valves that in turn reduce friction even further.

Thanks to these technologies, the engine does not need a water cooling system, which reduces the number of moving parts and friction, increases its efficiency, and uses centrifugal lubrication instead of a traditional oil pump.
