American singer Mary Milben on Friday praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) implemented in India and showed a mirror to America. He said that PM Modi is adopting a compassionate attitude towards the people who have been tortured because of their faith and is providing them homes in India.
The American singer said that this is the path of peace for Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists who want religious freedom. They said,

The Citizenship Amendment Act has come into force in India and the government has issued a notification, but America is not liking this and is filing objection on it. However, India has given a blunt reply to America.

US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller had said that we are concerned about the notification of the Citizenship Amendment Act from March 11. He had said,
