Pakistan: TLP activists opened fire on police with AK 47 and other automatic weapons

Lahore, Pretr.Attempts to disturb the neighboring countries by instigating terrorism and radical forces are now burning Pakistan’s heart.

Eight people, including four policemen, were killed on Wednesday in a clash between militant outfit Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) supporters and the police. In the bloodbath that took place 50 km from Lahore, radical miscreants ran and shot the policemen.

TLP supporters moving towards Islamabad clashed with the police in Sadhoke, about 50 km from Lahore. Here TLP supporters were lathi-charged with tear gas being fired.

But in response, TLP activists started firing with AK 47 and other automatic weapons. This led to a stampede among the policemen who came to control the law and order and within a short time dozens of policemen fell on the ground in injured condition and started suffering.

After this the police also took the lead and started answering the bullet with bullets.

More than ten thousand security personnel deployed in the area

In view of the tension in the area, rangers have been deployed along the border. Ten thousand policemen have been called from Lahore and deployed. Mobile and internet services in the area have been suspended. TLP spokesman Ibn Ismail said four of their workers were killed in direct police firing.

Said that the policemen came from the helicopter and opened fire on the agitators. So far 18 people, including seven policemen, have died in the TLP agitation that has been going on for a week.
