Relief for Indian expatriates, DACA rules to be restored in US; Court order

Washington, Pret. Changing a decision by the Trump administration known as the President of the United States, a federal court here has ordered a program of the Obama era to resume. Under this program, the migrants who came to America as a child are protected from deportation. This will provide relief to a large number of Indian expatriates. DACA recipients are called Dreamers. The purpose of DACA is to protect deserving migrants from childhood to deportation to America.

In fact, in the year 2017, the Trump administration unsuccessfully tried to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, DACA. In June, the US Supreme Court stayed it. On Friday, US District Judge Nicholas Garaufis in the Eastern District of New York ordered the renewal of the Homeland Security for two more years. Along with this, the beginning of the application to be taken from the following Monday was also flagged off. After this, the applications which were pending since 2017 will be implemented.
