Moscow (ANI). The Taliban have expressed happiness over Russian President Vladimir Putin’s statement that he expressed the possibility of removing the Taliban from the list of terrorist organizations.

This possibility was expressed by Putin during his address to the International World Club. Russian news agency Tass has reported that during this time he had said that the Taliban movement is likely to be taken out of the list of terrorist organizations.

He has also appealed to the United Nations to take this step at its level. Therefore

Abdul Kahar Balkhi, spokesman of the Afghan Foreign Ministry under the interim government formed by the Taliban of Afghanistan, has said that the Foreign Ministry of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan welcomes the statement made by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

On behalf of the Taliban government, this statement has been given on the possibility of removing the leaders of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) from the blacklist.

The Taliban spokesperson has written in a tweet in this regard that the chapter of war in Afghanistan is now over, so other countries of the world should bring positive changes in relations by adopting a positive attitude towards Afghanistan.

It also said that the Taliban is keen to build a positive relationship with the world fraternity, which will be based on reciprocal relations. Russia has said that it is considering removing the Taliban from the list of terrorist organizations.

Putin has also said that we all believe that the Taliban definitely have control over Afghanistan. It has to be ensured that the path of development is taken forward there. The Taliban took control of Kabul on 15 August. After this he formed an interim government there.

Since the formation of the Taliban government, it has been continuously trying to give world recognition to its government. However, so far no country has recognized the Taliban government.
